We aim to process all orders within 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-6 business days, depending on your location. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Please note that while we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

We do not offer returns. However, we will offer refunds or exchanges for products that arrive damaged. If you receive a damaged item, please email us at notch8designs@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Please include photos of the damaged product in your email. Refunds and exchanges will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

On occasion, we may offer preorders for certain products. Preorders allow us to assess the demand for our products. Your commitment to a preorder helps us plan production quantities accurately, ensuring that we can meet the demand without overextending ourselves. When you place a preorder, you are securing your purchase of the product before it becomes widely available. This guarantees that you will receive the item as soon as it is ready for shipping. Preorders will be open for a specified period of time, as indicated on the product page (typically 2 weeks). Products purchased through preorders will not be fulfilled immediately. Instead, they will be shipped on or after the designated fulfillment date, as indicated on the product page (typically 1 week after preorders close). Once all preorders have been fulfilled, any remaining products will become available for sale to the general public. These products will be listed on our website, and you can purchase them just like any other product. When you place a preorder, your payment will be processed at the time of order placement. This payment confirms your commitment to securing the product. If in-stock items are ordered simultaneously with a preorder product, the in-stock items will ship as normal with Standard Shipping. The preorder items will ship separately when they become available.
